Before dispatch, every saree passes a thread-by-thread inspection — body, border, pallu, and blouse piece. We photograph each piece before packing. Because quality is verified before your saree ships, we do not offer returns or replacements — and we recommend recording a video while unboxing to document the condition on arrival.

Dry clean only. Store folded in a soft cotton cloth, away from direct sunlight; refold along different lines every few months to keep the zari and silk supple.
