How do I order?
Add your saree to the cart and check out with UPI, net banking or any major card. Every piece is one-of-one — if it's in stock, it's yours.
Do you offer a first-order discount?
Yes — use code WELCOME10 at checkout for 10% off your first order (up to ₹500).
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No. We are a prepaid-only store — this keeps prices honest and lets us ship the same quality-checked piece you saw online.
Shipping
Is shipping really free in India?
Yes, on every order, anywhere in India.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes* — to the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, the Middle East, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. *International shipping charges apply.
Quality & Returns
How do I know the silk is genuine?
We deal in 100% pure silk sourced directly from handloom weavers, and every saree passes a stringent thread-by-thread quality check before dispatch. We're also a verified Meta business — see The Sootra Promise.
What is your return policy?
Because each piece is quality-verified and photographed before dispatch, we do not offer returns or replacements. We recommend recording a video while unboxing to document condition on arrival — if anything is genuinely wrong, write to us and we'll make it right.
How should I care for my saree?
Dry clean only. Store folded in soft cotton cloth away from sunlight, and refold along different lines every few months.
